Malli Hitech Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 1999 by Mr. Periyaswami as a venture to manufacture brick klins. As the klins demanded a chimney, Mr. Periyaswami studied the various types of chimneys available and started to design his own chimney which would be the most optimal in performance.

The first Eco Chimney was designed and constructed for Malli Hi Tech’s own use. Since it was a huge success and people started wanting a similar kind of solution to service their needs, eventually the decision to make the chimney a standardized product was taken and due research began.

Eco Chimneys Pvt Ltd (ECPL) was incorporated officially and chimney manufacturing started in full swing with the factory being set up at Erode, TamilNadu.

ECPL was granted a patent for their Precast Concrete Chimney design, titled, “A tube in trestle precast concrete chimney” which validated the uniqueness and research that went behind the product.

ECPL’s new factory was set up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat so that pan India requirements could be serviced.
