Over the past two decades, many industry leaders, consultants and several of our own employees have contributed to the advancement in the design of the Precast RCC chimney. The Precast RCC Chimney has advanced and evolved in every aspect of design over the years.

At Eco Chimneys (P) Ltd, we shoulder activities like Design, Engineering and Execution of the project as a complete package. We conduct them in such a way that our customers do not face any trouble whatsoever during the Supply, Erection, Commissioning and day to day usage of the chimney. We have an experienced design team that works diligently with you and your consultants and make available all Project related documents and drawings in a swift and hassle free manner.

The design of the Precast RCC chimney will include the design of the foundation based on the soil conditions and space availability at site. The Design of the Superstructure based on structural design factors and location of the plant. Chimney height requirement are based on the nature of fuel, statutory norms and the surrounding area. Accessories and Safety items like Aviation Warning lighting, Lightning arrestors, Access caged ladders, spiral/dog legged staircases, Fall arrestors, Inspection/rest Platforms, Sampling ports etc are also designed to suit individual needs. Along with design, we also devise effective Dispatch and installation plans to save valuable space and time at the project site.
